 Special tower tours and storytelling commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution. The story of John Slocum’s young son (Oliver or William)—a boy of about ten years old—undertaking a perilous night journey to warn the town of Falmouth is one of extraordinary courage and determination.

Trolley STOP @ MBL's Candle House, 127 Water Street, Woods Hole Village


Take the trolley from MBL's Candle House @ 127 Water Street in Woods Hole Village to Nobska Point to have your picture taken with Mrs. Claus and enjoy holiday music by The Brass Ring ensemble.  Warm up inside the renovated Keepers House, enjoy cocoa and cookies provided by  Coffee Obsession, color a portrait of Nobska created by local artist Karen Rinaldo, Gallery on Main, and see inside the lighthouse tower at night! 


*Please note, there will be limited to no public parking at Nobska Lighthouse.  Trolly service is encouraged.

 You're invited to attend SweetART for Nobska! An evening at the Jim Fox Main Street Gallery & Real Estate to support the Friends of Nobska Light. Come and enjoy the hors-d'oeuvres, and a toast to Nobska, the Fine Art Gallery, and the Live music by the Paul Ross Trio. There will be an opportunity to purchase a Granite Brick to support The Friends of Nobska Light, which enters you to win a "Behind the Scenes" tour of the Lighthouse and Keeper's House, site of the future Maritime Museum. *The purchase of one ticket entitles you to an RSVP for up to two people.* Every attendee will receive a chocolate gift donated by Ghelfi's Candies of Cape Cod.
