WELCOME

 2025 Public Tower Tours, Museum & Gift Shop 


The Friends of Nobska Light open the Museum and Gift Shop and provide tours of the tower on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10 AM - 1 PM starting June 3 - October 9, 2025.


  • Last tour at 12:15 PM
  • Children must be 45" or taller for tower tours
  • Tickets purchased onsite
  •  Weather closures are posted by 10 AM on the Nobska Light Facebook page


Twilight tours will be offered every other Wednesday from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM starting June 11, 2025.  The Museum and Gift Shop will be open.


  • Last tour at 6:45 PM
  • Children must be 45" or taller for tower tours.
  • Tickets purchased onsite.
  •  Weather closures are posted by 10 AM on the Nobska Light Facebook page.  


Tour times are in 15-minute intervals. Limit of 6 guests per time slot. Tours maybe cancelled due to inclement weather or unforseen circumstances -- check the Nobska Light Facebook page.  Children must be over 45" tall.


The visitor hereby assumes all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the Friends of Nobska Light and it's agents from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the visitor. The adult who is purchasing a ticket for a child visitor does to with the authority to assume all risk and release FONL as stated above on behalf of the child visitor.

Adults: $10

Seniors and Veterans: $8

Children (must be over 45" tall): $5



Directions

233 Nobska Rd, Woods Hole, Falmouth, MA
 

Nobska Light is a mile southeast of Woods Hole Village in the Town of Falmouth, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod.


Directions from Boston : Take the Southeast expressway (Route 93 South) to Route 3 South. Cross the Sagamore Bridge to first exit to Sandwich Road; go west to the traffic circle at the Bourne Bridge. Follow directions below from Bourne Bridge. 


Directions from Hyannis: Take the Mid-Cape Highway, MA Route 6, North to exit 1 Cranberry Highway. Take the 3rd left Ben Abbey Road and turn left onto Sandwich Road west to the traffic circle at the Bourne Bridge. Follow directions below from Bourne Bridge. 


From Providence/New York: Take the exit for I-195 East Providence (exit 20). Follow I-195 East to the Cape Cod/The Islands exit (exit 22A). Take the exit onto Route 25 South and cross over the Bourne Bridge to the traffic circle.


From Bourne Bridge: Go around the traffic circle to the exit onto MA-28 to Falmouth where MA-28 narrows to two lanes. Go straight through the sole traffic light and follow signs to Woods Hole. Turn left onto Church Street, which becomes Nobska Road. The Lighthouse is on your left past the beach.
